Hello, interesting subject for discussion- aging, getting older is, I’m sure most would agree is a biological process we can’t avoid! That said, I’m of the life long opinion that age is just a number, and as we grow older we should embrace each year gracefully and take care of you . I am a very 75 year old male who has to date, ever taken advantage of “Senior Citizen Discounts”! I’m not bragging , I just can’t seem to remember that I am a senior citizen according to society’s definition.

Aging continued- This is me 2 1/2 years ago I haven't changed ( I might be in better shape lol). I admire , specifically a woman who embraces and maintains their femininity with grace, class and elegance; aging is a mind set, without exaggeration but noafraid to accentuate what God has blessed you with and giving the best of yourself to whomever you are with. So, in my opinion aging gracefully will enhance and complement the beauty of getting older...

I have wondered the same about Reels and TikToks that I run across where folk are just doing what they do on a daily routine. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m not talking about folk who are differently abled which makes doing ordinary things extraordinary. . . . just regular people doing the same ordinary things that I do.
